Dry Ridge Outfitters is offering Townhome and Extended Day Ride Packages. Each package will include a 5-night stay at Powder Valley Townhomes or Thistle Dew Cabin, located in beautiful Teton Valley, Idaho, plus 4 extended day rides on horseback.

These packages have been created for the horseback riding enthusiast that prefers more of the comforts of home as their "base camp" rather than the backcountry camping pack trip. Each day we will ride to the spectacular Grand Teton Mountains and/or Yellowstone National Park.

Spring Fling June 29-July 4, 2008 $1,250.00+tax per person (All costs included in this price except gratuities & tax) The Big Hole Crest Trail, the Tin Cup trail, the Crow’s Nest, the Crystal Lake loop, Hidden Corral and Badger Canyon are only some of the possible destinations early in our 2008 season (weather and snow levels permitting).

This trip offers the relaxing beauty of the new green grasses of spring, the budding of the aspens, the early wildflowers, and the vistas of the white capped Teton Mountains. ALL SPECTACULAR!

Remember this is also a wonderful time to be in Teton Valley for the 4th of July festivities. You may like to extend your vacation and enjoy some of those activities around Teton Valley which include our famous Hot Air Balloon Festival, antique shows, music concerts in the park and, of course, the 4th of July parade in Victor.

Riding dates: June 30, July 1, 2 & 3, 2008
Riding time each day: Approx. 4.5 - 5 hours
Riding level recommended: Beginner/Intermediate to Advanced

Wildflower Tour July 13-18, 2008 $1,250.00+tax per person (All costs included in this price except gratuities & tax) Saddle up with us and enjoy the wildflowers at their peak!

This trip is an adventure as we explore the Tetons riding the Big Hole Crest Trail, Green Mountain to the lake, Granite Basin Loop, Tin Cup trail, Crow's Nest Loop and Badger Canyon. These are only some of the possible destinations in our search of the mountain wildflowers (weather and snow levels permitting). Some of these trails can be steep and rocky, so come prepared for a little more technical riding on this trip.

Each year I am so impressed by the magnificence of our wildflower season.
Any of these rides will offer a special memory to those that join us!

Riding time each day: Approx. 5-6 hours
Riding level recommended: Intermediate to advanced
